Deposits, excess, fuel, mileage and cancellation are all set out before you pay. Every policy is public, and there is a printable copy.
No surprises at handover
We inspect the vehicle with you and photograph it at pick-up and return, so everyone agrees on its condition.
How does it work?
Choose your car and dates
Pick a vehicle category, choose collection or delivery, and see the full price before you book.
Confirm your details
Send us your driving licence, a DVLA check code (for UK licences) and proof of address. The main driver must have a credit card in their own name for the deposit.
Collect or receive your car
We go round the vehicle with you, record its condition and fuel level, and hand over the keys.
Return it and you're done
Bring it back with the same fuel level. After the return check we release your deposit, which usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
